Computer Literacy: This is a program great for those who are interested in brushing up on their computer skills or establishing new computer skills.
Basic Instruction Includes:
A full time Job Developer is on staff and will assist each participant with finding permanent employment at a livable wage.

- Windows
- Internet Basics
- Basic Word Processing/Keyboarding
- File Sharing

We offer GED preparation for people 18 years of age and older. Our program provides the assistance needed to successfully complete the GED exams. The Austin Academy will reimburse the testing fee for each student that receives his or her GED.

CASEWORK
A case manager is assigned to each participant with the goal of identifying and eliminating barriers. Services provided could include childcare, transportation assistance, shelter and life skills.
Workplace Competency: This program is for full-time participants and includes a variety of skills and strategies to obtain and retain employment.
Classes Include Business Communication, Computer Literacy, Job Search Skills, Business Math, Resume Writing, and Interviewing Skills.
